KANSAS CITY FRINGE

Ashley has been selected for the 2025 Kansas City Fringe Festival where she will direct and produce a run of her new play HOME TOWN this summer!

ABOUT: Home Town is an hour long piece that tells the story of the Warren family as they cope with a heartbreaking loss. We follow those who remain as they navigate their new lives with this unfillable hole. It explores the messy, dark nature of grief and the profound realization that life is fragile.

BIRD

Ashley’s latest play BIRD is currently playing as part of the 2025 Queens Short Play Festival at the Secret Theatre in Woodside, Queens.

KANSAS CITY PLAYWRIGHT’S ROUNDTABLE

Ashley has been selected to join the 2024-25 Kansas City Playwright’s Roundtable class through the Kansas City Public Theatre.

The Playwright’s Roundtable is an exciting opportunity to engage with fellow playwrights, foster artistic dialogue, and showcase work. The Playwright’s Roundtable aims to create a supportive and collaborative space where playwrights can come together to discuss their craft, share insights, and receive valuable feedback on their works-in-progress.

CRASHING

Ashley’s original play CRASHING was named Best Play of the Summer 2024 Virtual Play Festival from the Equity Library Theater of New York.

ABOUT: Not everything is as it seems. Or is it? In this short play, we get a glimpse into a couples dynamic, the ups, downs and the crashing of the waves.
